My name is Noe Aleman Jr. and I was a Border Patrol Agent in the El Paso sector in Texas for 12 years and I need your help.

I currently am no longer a Border Patrol Agent thanks to US Attorney Johnny Sutton and will be heading to jail on June 11, 2007. My family needs your help to get us through this tough time.

Well why am I heading to jail, you might ask? Am I a crook? Am I a drug smuggler? Am I a murderer?

Not exactly, I have been prosecuted and convicted for attempting to adopt my wife Isabel's three young nieces.

You did read that right, I was convicted for attempting to adopt my wife's nieces.

All I have to say is that I was the victim of a poor immigration attorney and a broken immigration system.

I do need your help though. With me away in jail my family stands to lose our house!
